Min 1: 10 x Double KB Squats 2 x 24 / 2 x 16

Min 2: 18m Sled Push 152/120

Min 3: 15 D/B Bench Press 22.5/15

Min 4: 5 Double KB Deadlift + 18m Carry 2 x 48, 2 x 32

Then you have 3:00 to complete 200m run (any time left over is rest)
