CrossFit is an incredibly effective method of burning fat and building muscle. It is a core strength and conditioning program. We perform functional movements at high intensity, giving you a comprehensive full-body workout in under an hour. Classes are instructor-led, and peer-driven, providing an excellent mixture of individual coaching and group motivation.

    Our Workouts & Classes

    CCX Is CrossTraining Clitheroe’s signature program which runs daily from Monday to Friday. CCX is a GPP program (general physical preparedness) that basically ticks all the boxes when it comes to getting fit and getting in shape, with a pure aim of developing all aspects of fitness – cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.

    The work-out changes daily helping keep motivation and results at high level and is suitable for all levels of fitness.

    CCHIIT is our 30 minute high intensity lunch time session that runs daily from Monday to Friday.

    The program is tailored to getting maximum results from minimum time, using movements that are simple but effective. This is a great program for anyone short on time or new to high intensity training.

    CC Met-con is our evening session (6:40 pm) that differs slightly from our CCX program. It still promotes the same results, and uses similar methodology but you are guaranteed every session will have a barbell and a met-con.

    As a member of CrossTraining Clitheroe you also get unlimited access to our TempleFitness classes and training facility.

    The Engine Room is the gym section of both CrossTraining Clitheroe and TempleFitness.

    Here you can come in and work-out at your own pace and complete your own method of training from 6am – 8pm. The gym is highly equipped with everything you could ever need.

    Saturday fun session designed with less thinking and more doing. This has been one of our most popular sessions over the last 10 years. Expect high hear rates, high cal out-put, fun exercises and team work.

    Our Sunday session that leaves you refreshed and ready to enjoy your day. The class gives you options on loadings and movements that will suit your training schedule. The class is 1 hour with a guaranteed 30-45 minutes of non stop exercise.
