CCX Is CrossTraining Clitheroe’s signature program which runs daily from Monday to Friday. CCX is a GPP program (general physical preparedness) that essentially ticks all the boxes when it comes to getting fit and getting in shape, with the pure aim of developing all aspects of fitness – cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.
These work-outs change daily, helping keep motivation and results at a high level, and are suitable for all levels of fitness.
CCHIIT is our 30 minute high intensity lunch time session that runs Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
The program is designed to getting maximum results from minimum time, using movements that are simple but effective. This is a great program for anyone short on time or new to high intensity training.
HYROX Training sessions are our workouts which run from Monday to Thursday with an extra Saturday class, aimed to focus on both muscular and cardiovascular endurance, whilst burning a high amount of calories at the same time. With simple movements and

The Engine Room is the gym section of both CrossTraining Clitheroe and TempleFitness.
Here you can come in and work-out at your own pace and complete your own method of training from 6am – 8pm. The gym is highly equipped with everything you could ever need.

Saturday fun session designed with less thinking and more doing. This has been one of our most popular sessions over the last 10 years. Expect high hear rates, high cal out-put, fun exercises and team work.
Our Sunday session that leaves you refreshed and ready to enjoy your day. The class gives you options on loadings and movements that will suit your training schedule. The class is 1 hour with a guaranteed 30-45 minutes of non stop exercise.
Our extensive CrossFit timetable offers something for everyone at a time that suits, from early morning to late at night we have a session that will suit your schedule.
