Minutes 4-6 = 4 Up Downs + 8 Push-ups + 12 Air Squats
Minutes 7-9 = 5 Up Downs + 10 Push-ups + 15 Air Squats
WORK-OUT:

RD1: 500/420m Row/Ski + 15 KB Swings
RD2: 1000m/850m Bike + 15 Wall Balls
