Strength: In 20 minutes complete:

4 sets of 3 GTOH (Power Clean & STOH) – Very Comfortable Load

4 sets of 2 GTOH (Power Clean & STOH) – Build Load But Stay Conservative

4 sets of 1 GTOH (Power Clean & STOH) – Start To Challenge Your Self, But Don’t Be A Hero

*Can be subbed for power cleans or KB Cleans

 

Conditioning: 10 Rounds – With 0:30 sec Rest Between Each Round
