Strength: In 20 minutes complete:
4 sets of 3 Squat Cleans – Very Comfortable Load
4 sets of 2 Squat Cleans – Build Load But Stay Conservative
4 sets of 1 Squat Clean – Start To Challenge Your Self, But Don’t Be A Hero
*Can be subbed for power cleans or KB Cleans
Conditioning: 5 Rounds – With 1:00 Rest Between Each Round
