Work-Out

Min 1 = 30 Jacks + 15 Push-ups

Min 2 = 20 D/U Or Fake DU + SDHP 10 High Pulls

Min 3 = 10 Down-ups + 10 Sit-ups

Min 4 = 7 Air Squats + 7 Jumps Squats + 7 Box Jumps / Steps *As Fast as possible

Min 5 = 25 Russian Swings

Min 6 = 5 Up Downs + 5 Down-ups + 5 Burpees *As Fast as possible

Min 7 = 10 Jumps Squats + 10 Air Squats

Min 8 = 40 Sec Skip / 50 D/U / 40 sec jacks

Min 9 = 5 High Pulls or Pull-ups + 10 Push-ups + 15 Air Squats *As Fast as possible
