Build to 1RM Full Snatch when you can’t full snatch it stop perform 5.
Workout
10 Cal row ski hit mill or bike (5 cal each)
YGIG burpees x 20
10 Synchro snatch next round OHS
Repeat x 4 swap Erg each time
