10 Jacks + 5 Down-ups

10 Mountain Climbers (R&L = 1) + 5 Burpees

Conditioning:

Min 1 – 5 = 10 High Pulls + 20 Dips

Min 5-10 = 10 Russian Swings + 5 Double Push-up Down-Ups

Min 10-15 = 10 Sit-Ups + 10 V-Sits

Min 15-20 = 10 Russian Swings + 5 Double Push-up Down-Ups

Min 20-25 = 10 High Pulls + 20 Dips

Min 25-30 = 10 Sit-Ups + 10 V-Sits
