ATHX Exercise Classes
ATHX Exercise Classes are a structured strength and conditioning programme designed to improve total fitness across strength, cardiovascular capacity, and metabolic conditioning.
Each session blends progressive strength work, cardio-based training, and high-intensity metabolic conditioning to develop a well-rounded athlete. Workouts are thoughtfully programmed to improve power, stamina, and work capacity while remaining scalable for all fitness levels.
What to expect:
- Strength training to build muscle, resilience, and force production
- Cardiovascular conditioning to improve endurance and aerobic capacity
- Metabolic conditioning (Met-Cons) to increase efficiency, speed, and overall work output
ATHX classes follow a consistent structure, allowing members to train with purpose, track progress, and build fitness safely over time. Sessions are coach-led, results-driven, and adaptable — whether you’re new to structured training or preparing for competitive performance.
