STRENGTH/CONDITIONING: 5 Rounds

Min 1: 12 x Dumbell Hang Squat Cleans

Min 2: 9m Sled Push + 9m Sled Rope Drag 152/120

Min 3: 15 D/B Bench Press 22.5/15

Min 4: 3 D Balls + 18m Shoulder Carry

Then you have 4:00 to complete 400m run (any time left over is rest)
