  • Wall walk to hollow
  • Tappy Feet on wall

  • (Scale do it on a box)
  • 5 min practice kick up/fall/hold/walk

WOD 20 min cap

  • 30 Burpees
  • 10 Box Overs
  • 10 thrusters with barbell weight from press
  • 10 ttb straight leg high as poss single kip no double swing!!
