Every 4:00 for 10 Rounds

Start every 4 min  with either 500/450m Row/Ski or 1k/850m Bike Erg – can be subbed for 200m run

A – Remaining Time work through 100 box jumps/steps

B – Remaining Time work through 100 full KB Swing

C – Remaining Time work through 100 Down Ups

D – Remaining Time work through 100 Toe to bar/Knee Raise or abmats

  • Must complete all 100 reps before moving to the next movement.
