Switch

Person 1: 1:00 CV

Person 2: 1:00 Walking Lunges Forwards And Backwards

Switch

Person 1: 1:00 CV

Person 2: 1:00 Burpee Broad Jumps

 

Work-Out: 35:00 AMRAP

Part A: 10 Rounds (5 Each )

500m Ski or 1k Bike (you must choose and stick with it)

8 Lengths Sled Drag 

Then Switch

(Person A completes the cv distance whilst Person B completes the sled work)

*You will reach complete 5rounds on each)

Part B: With remaining time alt movements and AMRAP:

10 Jump Squats

10 Cal
